P.A.S.C.O. is a 5o1(c)3 non profit organization made up of volunteers whom graduated from the Citizen's Academy. We enthusiastically interested in promoting, improving, and enhancing relations between the community and the Pasco Police Department; providing continued education on public safety issues and supporting crime prevention projects while increasing positive community involvement; assisting and supporting the Pasco Police Department and other public safety agencies.

ABOUT

The purpose of PASCO is to energetically support crime prevention projects, Neighborhood Watch, and continued education on public safety issues within Pasco, Washington (Franklin County) and the surrounding areas, as determined by the Board of Directors. PASCO is a 501(c)3 organization and subject to the charter that defines the finances of the organization.

GET INVOLVED

Membership shall be of three classes: Active, Business, and Honorary.

A. To be eligible for Active membership, the prospective member from the date of incorporation must be a graduate of the Pasco Police Citizen Academy or enrolled in the next available Citizen Academy provided by the City of Pasco. The prospective member must reside within the boundaries as set by the Board of Directors.

B. To be eligible for Business membership, the prospective member must be a business or corporation that regularly supports PASCO activities and must be represented by a specific individual. Business members shall be approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and shall be recognized upon payment of dues. Business Members shall not be eligible to hold office or vote.

C. To be eligible for Honorary membership, an individual may be recommended and chosen by the Board of Directors. An Honorary member does not pay dues and may note vote nor hold office.
